Dear friends and family,

Greetings from Kuwait, where everyday is sunny and summer never ends.  I thank each of you for your prayers and emails during the last week.  I now have an address that you can use for future contacts.  Please do not advertise it, but feel free to give it to those you know well.  

Many of my soldiers have pushed forward to Iraq and my day will come soon.  I look forward to getting to our base and settling in with the others.  Life here in Kuwait has been good, but tensions are high as we try to move everyone safely forward.  Thank you for your prayers for the needs I mentioned earlier.  Many of these men and women I am serving with have done this two or three times, and it is extremely difficult for them.  Please continue to keep them in prayer.  

As soon as I am settled in Iraq, I will be able to spend more time updating you all and contacting some of you individually.  Until then, thank you for all you do.  May God bless and keep each of you!
